Is the reservation fee refundable?
Yes, you can receive a full refund at any time from MINI Montréal Centre until you enter into a Purchase Agreement. To request a refund, please complete the Refund Request on the cancellation page, found in your confirmation email and MINI Montréal Centre will be in contact with you directly. Upon cancelling, allow 7-10 business days for the $500 reservation fee to be credited to your original form of payment by MINI Montréal Centre.
When will the vehicles be ready for delivery?
MINI Montréal Centre will be in contact with you to provide you with the estimated delivery date.
Will I be able to customize the vehicle I reserve?
Your preferred MINI dealer will be able to supply you with the customization options available.
How will I be updated about the progress of the vehicle?
MINI Montréal Centre will contact you to provide you with additional ordering information and delivery process.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
No, the reservation can only be under your name. Please contact MINI Montréal Centre if you have any specific questions.
I would like to put a reservation fee on this vehicle, but do not want to use the online form, what should I do?
The New MINI Countryman is only available to reserve online.
Am I buying this vehicle directly from MINI Canada?
No. The Purchase Agreement will be between you and MINI Montréal Centre, not you and MINI Canada.
